Adam Nemat was a 17 year old joyful young man, whom I was greatly blessed to have known since his birth. Adam was a senior at Santiago High School, whose bright future was shattered in a tragic accident on March 22nd. He accomplished so much in such a short time. He was the treasurer of the Thirst Project Club at Santiago, which raises awareness for the global water crisis. He was the vice president of the Physics Club. Adam was a big advocate of donating blood and helping The Red Cross with blood drives. He spent time feeding those in need during Covid and through Unity. His visit to South Africa last summer saddened his heart because of the poverty he saw and was considering to return this summer to help in any way he could.
